Pregnancy Help Center - Volunteers Needed

The Pregnancy Help Center, a nonprofit organization in Torrance, is seeking individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. They are particularly interested in individuals with financial, fundraising, legal or medical backgrounds and also clergy. However, anyone that is interested should call for more information. They also need volunteer lay counselors and R.N.s to work at the Center and to answer calls in your own home. World Impact Missionary Home Improvement Projects

World Impact Health Fair

Assist at a church-based health fair in Watts. World Impact is seeking volunteer nurses, physicians, eye doctors, dentists, health educators, nutritionalists, childcare helpers and prayer counselors. S.A.Y. Yes! Volunteers Needed

Enjoy working with children? The S.A.Y. Yes Center at First Evangelical Free Church of L.A. needs volunteers to mentor children, grades 1 - 12, in school subjects. Mentors Needed for NextSteps

Next Steps, a ministry serving adolescent foster youth ofLearning to Live Fellowship, is greatly in need of volunteers, mentors, and guest speakers. The ministry meets with the youth on Thursday evenings beginning October 23, between 5:00 and 7:30 p.m. The schedule is flexible – volunteer any Thursday between 5:00 and 7:30.
