Our church is structured around a team of pastor-elders. In the New Testament, the terms “pastor, elder, bishop” are used interchangeably for local church leaders. Instead of a single pastor, we emphasize a group of pastor-elders who share preaching and day-to-day leadership responsibilities, fostering a strong sense of community. This approach, rooted in both biblical principles and practical considerations, ensures the spiritual well-being of our leaders and members alike.
