Jay and Holly Eastman have ministered for 25 years in Latin America and Europe.

Jay has experience in cross-cultural gospel partnerships, community learning & development, evangelism, disciple-making, and church planting. This experience has made him a great resource to listen to, train and coach international partners to multiply national church-planting movements around the globe, especially into unreached people groups. Jay is strategic and a visionary leader, who is a significant asset to the ministry of Global Equipping.
