Baptism
November 2 at 12pm
Join us for Baptism Sunday as we celebrate this meaningful step with members of our church family. The next baptism will take place on the front patio at OCF Church, surrounded by a community ready to cheer you on. We’ll be using an inflatable jacuzzi-style hot tub to make this special moment possible.

All-Church Worship Night
November 12 at 6pm
In a world that pushes us to focus on what we must earn or achieve, this night invites us to pause and remember what God is doing. Through singing, prayer, and Scripture we’ll rehearse His faithfulness, celebrate His grace, and find renewed hope in the work He continues in us and through us. We hope you’ll join us as we fix our eyes on Jesus together.

Operation Christmas Child
Shoeboxes due November 16
This year, OCF is partnering with Samaritan's Purse to help bring Christmas to kids all over the world! Shoeboxes and instructions will be available after church next Sunday, November 2nd on the patio, and due Sunday November 16th. Grab one next week!

Hurricane Melissa Response
Join World Vision’s relief efforts
A powerful hurricane has struck the Caribbean, leaving thousands of children and families without power, clean water, or shelter. World Vision is already on the ground providing emergency food, hygiene kits, blankets, and temporary shelter—and will remain to help communities rebuild in the months ahead. You can make a difference in two ways: by praying for those affected and by giving to World Vision’s Disaster Relief Fund. Every $1 donated multiplies to provide about $5 in life-saving aid.

World Prayer Night
November 4 at 7pm
Calling all young adults—come be part of an evening of prayer and learning as we focus on the country and culture of China. Together we’ll spend time lifting up the people, churches, and needs of this nation while gaining a deeper understanding of its unique context. The gathering will take place at a home in El Segundo (please contact us for the exact location).

World Vision | LA Marathon
Race Date: March 8
In our 11th year partnering with Team World Vision we have 23 OCFers signed up to run in the LA Marathon! 5 weeks ago Kailey visited us from Team World Vision inviting us to join the LA Marathon, or half marathon, with Team OCF. We train together and fundraise together to bring clean water and the gospel to kids who need them. It’s not too late to sign up and join us! Questions?

Life of Christ
Starts November 2 | Sundays @9am
Join John Hutchison for a five-week deep dive into the four Gospels and how they together reveal the full picture of Jesus’ life and ministry. From Nov 2–Dec 7 (no class Nov 23), explore the historical and cultural context behind familiar stories, gain fresh insight into His work, and journey virtually through Israel with teaching, discussion, and practical applications for your faith.

Men’s Fraternity
Tuesdays at 7pm | Thursdays at 6am
This fall we’re studying Drew Hunter’s Made for Friendship: The Relationship That Halves Our Sorrows and Doubles Our Joys (Book Link). Together we’ll explore God’s design for true friendship and how it leads to deeper joy and stronger faith. Two groups will be offered for this study so you can choose the time that works best for you. No registration required—just come when you’re able and be part of the conversation.

Available year-round
Welcome to an intimate (2-4 women) discipleship journey that promises a time of accelerated spiritual growth. This relational, highly invested experience brings together three ingredients that the Holy Spirit uses to form Christ in you: truth of Scripture, vulnerability and accountability.
